CareFlite’s Emergency Care Update (ECU) Conference is being held in-person on October 29th & 30th at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas. The week following the conference we will release all enduring content. Lectures will be available to complete on your own time until December 31, 2026.

Enduring courses will also be available online until December 31st, 2026. A SIM Challlenge registration is per person and includes full access to the conference.

It’s a one-of-a-kind environment, in which competition and politics are set aside in the pursuit of collaboration and learning.

YES! CareFlite is accredited  for nursing and by DSHS for EMS CE. If you can’t make it in-person, miss some lectures or want to maximize your number of education hours you will have the option to view all lecture recordings on-demand for enduring CE through December 31, 2026.
