Jenn serves as the Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at CareFlite, where she leads clinical strategy and operational excellence across air and ground medical transport services. She is the President-Elect of the Air & Surface Transport Nurses Association (ASTNA) and the Vice-Chair of the VITALS Foundation, championing safety and advancement in transport medicine. A dedicated educator and leadership mentor, Jenn is also a Leadership Instructor for AAMS LIFT (Leadership Incident Fortification Training). She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Business and a specialty in Organizational Leadership, with research focused on fatigue risk management in air medical services. Based in Grapevine, Texas, Jenn enjoys the outdoors and values time spent with her family.
