Janie Faris, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP is a clinical pharmacy specialist in the Burn Intensive Care Unit. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy and completed her residency at Charleston Area Medical Center and DMC Detroit Receiving Hospital. She specializes in burn surgery, formulary management and quality improvement. Prior to pharmacy Janie spent time with her local Hazmat Team.
