Dylan Cole is a flight nurse and educator with extensive in critical care transport, including advanced support modalities such as ECMO, Impella, and IABP. He currently serves as an instructor and program developer for CareFlite's specialty transport education, where he designs simulation-based training and continuing education for flight clinicians. Dylan is passionate about bridging the gap between frontline practice and evidence-based education to improve patient outcomes in the air medical environment.
