2026 SIM Challenge

When: October 29-30 during the conference

Showcase your department’s clinical excellence. Ten two-person teams will compete on Day 1, demonstrating sound clinical judgment, teamwork and technical skill through a real-world SIM Challenge paired with a written clinical component. The top four teams will advance to Day 2, where performance under pressure and depth of clinical reasoning will determine the top three teams, announced during the Day 2 Awards Lunch. Earn your bragging rights, take home the trophy, win prizes, and receive FREE 2027 ECU Conference registration for 1st–3rd place teams.
