Shaun Gladney, BA, NRP, CCP-C, is a dynamic educator, mentor, and advocate for clinical excellence, evidence-based medicine, and progressive protocols. Currently serving as a Critical Care Paramedic and Field Training Officer with the McKinney Fire Department in Texas, Shaun brings over a decade of high-volume field experience in urban 911 and interfacility systems to his practice. He combines his clinical expertise with organizational leadership as the Executive Director of the Bryant Gladney Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering future generations of EMS providers to be exceptional caregivers through education and scholarship opportunities.
