Ashlynn O’Dell-Bright has been immersed in EMS since 2019 and currently resides in the Kansas City Area with her husband. While working full time on the truck, Ashlynn spends her time being a mentor in the classroom as an adjunct and online through her social media. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science-EMS Education and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. In early 2026, she founded Medicated and Motivated LLC, a company that provides guidance and tutoring for EMS providers of all licensures. Ashlynn shares her passion for shaping the future of providers through her work in the field, the classroom, and online. Through her content creation, she shows the real and raw lifestyle of what it is like being an EMS provider and encourages the seasoned professionals to invest in the next generation of providers that will one day take over their shift.
