Dr. Archana Dhar, M.D., F.A.A.P is a Pediatric Critical Care physician. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Dhar received her M.B.B.S. from B.J. Medical College in India. She completed pediatric residencies at B.J. Medical College in India and from OU-Tulsa before joining Le Bonheur children’s Hospital/University of Tennessee in Memphis for a fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine. She has been a faculty member at UTSW since 2008.

Her clinical interests focus on extracorporeal therapies-both ECMO and CRRT.

Dr. Dhar is the Medical Director of the Children’s Health Transport team.

She was included in D Magazine's Best Doctors list for 2020.
